What is Diabetes?

Diabetes is a chronic disease that affects the way of human body which uses Glucose in the Blood through food digestion into body energy. Diabetes develops because of the Pancreas disorder.

  2. Insulin Resistance

Pancreas is an internal organ which produces Enzymes and Insulin.

  1. Enzymes:

Enzymes are Proteins that helps in Digesting food.

      2. Insulin:

Insulin is an important hormone which helps to turn your daily food as energy to your body and also controls blood sugar levels.

What is Type 1 Diabetes?

Pancreas unable to produce Insulin or it produces very less is called Type 1 Diabetes.

  2. Drink enough water
  3. Take small carbo snack if sugar level is down
  4. Insulin adjustments for workouts. Maintain sugar level between 100 to 250 mg/dl
  5. Always better taking Doctors advice.
